It is time to create a DEMOCRATIC UNITED NATIONS that is here to represent and calibrate the freedoms of all its citizens and to let any COMMUNIST and DICTATOR regimes to join a new office else where in Communist ruled regions. NORTH AMERICA has to step in and say something now to CREATE a FULL DEMOCRACY that is in alignement with the NEW AND FREE GLOBAL CITIZENS OF THE WORLD.
